Kitchen Units are rented for multiple nights only
There is no maid service in the kitchen units
Dishes, cups and utensils are supplied.  We do not provide pots and pans.
Maid service is available upon request.

Deposits:

      Advanced bookings require a one night deposit. 50 % deposit is required for weekly

      and long term reservations.  Balance and credit card imprint are due upon check in.

      We accept MasterCard, Visa, Cash or USD & Travelers Check. Sorry, no personal checks.

 Cancellation Policy:

A reservation constitutes a two-way contract between the Pond Ridge Motel and you. It assures that your accommodations will be kept available for you on the dates indicated, and it assures that we can turn away other potential quests for the dates indicated.

 Your entire deposit will be forfeited unless notice of cancellation is received at least two (2) weeks prior to arrival date.

 Cancellations received in advance of two (2) weeks will be subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee.

 It is understood that the Pond Ridge Motel cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, change in travel plans, personal sickness or injury, etc.

 Additional Persons:

Room rates are based upon single or double occupancy. There is a $10 per person charge for 3rd and 4th persons in a dbl room(max 4). Our smaller rooms comfortably accommodate 2 guests. One and Two Bedroom kitchen units rates are based upon 2 per unit.

 Minimum Stays and Holiday Restrictions:

Minimum stays will be applicable during holiday weekends and/or special events. Many weekends require 2 night minimums. Kitchen units have a 2 night minimum stay. Rates quoted on this web site are for advance reservations only.

All Rooms Are Non-Smoking.   Sorry No Pets
